ALGECO has its own in-house facilities to fabricate steel, produce all types of panels and carry carpentry & maintenance works.

Steel Fabrication Workshop

All types of steel fabrication are being done at our workshop in Mazyed, Al Ain. The workshop is equipped welding machines, overhead cranes, sandblasters and painting equipment. The facility covers an area of 15,000 m2 and  is manned by over 150 employees with  an average capacity of 400 tons per month.

Aluminium & Panel Fabrication Facility

ALGECO’s aluminium and panel fabrication facility ensures that all material produced is quality certified and meets the specifications.

The facility comprises of four segments:

• James Hardy Panel Factory Fabrication
• Styrocon Panel Assembly
• Roof Panel Insulation Assembly
• Aluminium Fabrication

Carpentry Workshop

ALGECO has set up 2 permanent workshops employing a staff of over 100. The workshop makes use of the most cost efficient and environmentally friendly methods to produce quality furniture and formwork.

Machinery Maintenance

ALGECO operations are supported by over 300 construction machines. To continuously monitor the flawless operations of our machinery we have set up a special department and staffed it with over 30 engineers and technicians.
